As a professional gastronome, Ardit began his journey at the age of 16, honing his craft and developing an extraordinary ability to understand people’s desires. He saw that diners were growing tired of the same repetitive experiences—and so was he.
But Ardit is not only a gastronome;
he is also a dreamer, and a creator with boundless imagination, relentless diligence, and a deep passion for hospitality.
Ardit shaped his career by immersing himself in different culinary traditions, such as German, Greek, and Italian cuisine, elevating his expertise to a whole new level. Yet, as someone driven by ideals and dreams, staying in just one place soon became a burden. He knew he had to take a bold risk—one that was especially significant for a young man.
And so, he embarked on a new journey, opening the doors of Alpha House in Stahnsdorf on March 3rd, 2024—the first of its kind there. It was a defining milestone in his career as a professional gastronome.
However, Ardit soon realized that his vision extended far beyond that space. Alpha House was never meant to be just a breakfast spot, just an evening restaurant, or just another typical dining establishment. His goal was to create something truly different—a place where everyone feels at home and where there is a dish for every taste.
